Positioned at the base of the clock tower within the Former New York Life Insurance Building, 346 Broadway occupies one of the most visible and symbolically charged corners of Tribeca’s evolving cultural landscape. The space functions as a multi-purpose environment — part gathering place, part experimental venue — supporting the gallery’s dynamic program. From intimate events and curatorial meetings to spontaneous pop-up exhibitions, its flexibility reflects the gallery’s fluid relationship with the city itself: porous, immediate, and responsive.

Facing directly onto Broadway, the project is designed to capture and redirect the attention of passersby, transforming the act of looking into an interactive experience. Its architectural simplicity allows art and activity to take the lead, while the historic fabric of the building grounds every gesture in authenticity. 346 Broadway stands as both threshold and stage — a place where the gallery’s public presence meets the building’s monumental legacy, inviting the city to pause, engage, and look again.
